• Draw a pencil sketch to show the scene in a market place on a busy day where people are walking, shopping, and such activities are going on. Do not color the sketch.  (50 Marks)

• In the given space make a two-dimensional composition using various shapes of the parts of an umbrella and color the same by using any three colors.  (25 Marks)

• Two toothbrushes and toothpaste are kept in a glass on a table. A shaving brush is lying near it. Draw a three-dimensional sketch of these objects showing shades and shadows.  (25 Marks)

• Imagine yourself to be a 6 years old girl/boy. You, along with your father, are visiting a city zoo. You are standing next to an elephant in the zoo. Draw a pencil sketch showing what you would see.  (50 Marks)

• Design and draw in the given space a square graphic composition to be used on Tee Shirts for Save Trees Campaign. Colour the design using a maximum of four colors. The words (Save Trees) should NOT be used within the square graphic.  (25 Marks)

• In the given space arrange 5 earthen pots of any shape and size to make an interesting looking stable composition. Draw the composition from an interesting angle and show shades & shadows on the composition.  (25 Marks)

• • You have gone with your sister to select a jewelry item to a jewelry shop. The shop is not much crowded and you can see the counters and display. Draw a pencil sketch of what you see around in the shop.

• Design and draw a logo for Kabaddi Game to be used for National Kabaddi Association, using Rectangles, Triangles, and circles. Colour the logo using three colors of your choice. (Please draw the logo large enough to fill the given space. (25 Marks)

• In the given space make an interesting three-dimensional stable composition using three cricket balls, one cricket bat, stumps & a cap. Also, show the effect of light & shadow on the composition. (25 Marks)

• You can see a bus stop across the road from your first-floor balcony. Some persons are waiting for the bus today morning. Draw a pencil sketch of the bus stop as you see from your balcony. (50 Marks)

• Using geometrical shapes like circle, square & triangle, within the given space, create an attractive composition to be used on the cover page for a book titled ‘Geometry for young children’. Colour the same using primary colors only.  (25 Marks)

• Arrange four pieces of luggage in an interesting composition. The light is falling on the composition from the left-hand side. Draw the composition in pencil with shades and shadows. (25 Marks)

• Imagine You are the chairperson for a committee meeting in progress around a large oval table, attended by 12 members. Being chairperson you are at the head of the table. 3rd person on your right is standing and making his presentation to the committee. All members are listening and also having some biscuits and a cup of tea. Draw a pencil sketch of the scene from your viewpoint. (50 Marks)

• Using basic shapes of the square, circle & a triangle design a logo for the pre-primary school in the given rectangle. Except for circles, all other shapes should be used only once. Use all three primary colors to color the composition. (25 Marks)

• Imagine you are shrunk in size to fit in the handbag of a girl. The zip of the bag is open & inside it has some lipsticks, a looking mirror, a wallet, a mobile phone & a pocket diary. Make a pencil sketch of what you see to a proportionate scale. (50 Marks)

• In the given space, make a two-dimensional composition using profiles of pet animals of various sizes, shapes, and colors. (You must overlap profiles) Color your composition using not more than FOUR colors. (25 Marks)

• You are given three glass pyramids and two wooden cubes. Make an interesting three-dimensional composition that can be placed in the corner of the sit-out of your house as an artifact. A creeper growing near the sit-out has to be used to adorn the composition. Show the effect of shades and shadows on your sketch. (25 Marks)

• Imagine you are reduced to 6 centimeters in height. You are standing on a kitchen platform where your mother is preparing some rotis. On a gas stove, along with a griddle, there is a pot where sabji is being cooked. There are some pots and utensils around on the platform.
